Elmbridge Young Persons of Honour Awards

Elmbridge Young Persons of Honour Awards

We are delighted that 4 RES students were recognised at the Elmbridge Young Persons of Honour Awards ceremony at Imber Court on Friday 5th May. The awards from Surrey Police celebrate the excellent examples of bravery, kindness and hard work achieved by young people in Elmbridge, many of whom are doing great things under very difficult circumstances.

RES students  Katie, Rosie, Jaiya and Hamzah were introduced by parliamentary candidate Dominic Raab and received their awards from the Mayor of Elmbridge Tannia Shipley.

Head of School Mrs Payne read out a brief description of the reason for nomination and said “I was very proud to see the achievements of RES students recognised in the community and to see them enjoying such a wonderful evening surrounded by friends and family.  It was also fabulous to see RES musicians, Luke, Paula and Rebecca, entertaining the audience as well.
